The Stafford Building Society has appointed Carolyn Thornley-Yates as its new head of commercial development and distribution.
Carolyn joins the Society, which recently rebranded from Stafford Railway, with a wealth of experience in the building society sector, having held previous leadership roles at Hinckley & Rugby Building Society.
In her new role, Carolyn will be responsible for leading the Stafford's commercial strategy, focusing on enhancing product offerings and expanding distribution channels.
In addition, the Society has appointed Rob Hassall, its current chief operating officer, to the board of directors.
Carolyn said: "I am thrilled to be part of The Stafford Building Society family and look forward to contributing to its continued success. My focus will be on developing innovative solutions that not only meet our members' current needs but also anticipate their future requirements."
