YBS Commercial Mortgages has appointed Angela Norman as its new head of lending.
The head of lending role has been developed to design and deliver strategic plans to enhance the support provided for portfolio landlords and owner-occupier smaller businesses, and lead the commercial lender’s growth plans.
Angela has worked in the commercial finance industry for over 25 years. She also has hands-on experience leading front line teams, previously working as director of strategy and propositions at Recognise Bank, as well as in senior manager roles at Royal Bank of Scotland.
She will be leading the regional lending teams and working closely with the regional directors and their teams. She will be based at the Yorkshire Building Society head office at Broad Gate in Leeds, but will spend much of her time travelling around the country, supporting the regional teams.
