Specialist loan brokerage Y3S has partnered with fintech firm Sikoia to enhance the efficiency of customer verification processes for both brokers and borrowers.
Sikoia specialises in helping financial services providers automate key parts of their customer verification processes and is regulated by the FCA as an Open Banking and credit reference provider.
Integrating Sikoia’s technology will enable Y3S to streamline essential tasks, including biometric identity verification (IDV), anti-money laundering (AML) checks, as well as automate the processing of key mortgage application documents.
Using Sikoia’s AI-powered Document Processing Solution, brokers can now extract verified information — such as affordability, income, and risk indicators from bank statements, payslips, and tax returns — in just minutes, saving over an hour per application.
