Vida has launched a new range of limited edition mortgage products.
Two and five-year products are available up to 65% LTV across residential and buy-to-let on the Vida 36 tier.
The buy-to-let products are available on standard, HMO and multi-unit blocks (MUBs) with a fixed fee of £4,995.
Initial rates start at 6.79% on a two-year fix and 6.44% on a five-year fix.
Residential product initial rates are 7.19% on a two-year fix and 6.94% on a five-year fix, both with a £995 fee.
All products are backed by Vida’s Service Pledge, which allows brokers to request a refund of the £180 application admin fee if they feel they have received less than excellent service.
