United Trust Bank Mortgages has announced a new partnership with mortgage club Next Intelligence.
Next Intelligence has over 6,000 registered advisers benefitting from their experience in residential and buy-to-let mortgages, second charge loans and bridging finance.
The mortgage club merged with Dynamo for Intermediaries last year.
United Trust Bank offers a range of specialist mortgage products catering to customers with complex incomes, those buying or remortgaging properties of non-traditional construction or in locations which are typically unacceptable to mainstream lenders, and customers with adverse credit.
Caroline Mirakian (pictured), sales and marketing director at United Trust Bank, commented: “We are absolutely thrilled to be partnering with Next Intelligence and working closely with their fantastic team who constantly strive to deliver excellence and choice to their members.
“We share that same commitment at UTB and will support their brokers with high levels of service, competitive products and slick processing, which in turn will help their customers to achieve their property aspirations. We look forward to deepening our relationship with Next Intelligence over the coming months and years.”
Cat Armstrong, mortgage club director at Next Intelligence, said: "We are delighted to be working more closely with UTB as part of our commitment to providing flexibility and choice to our members. Having UTB’s first-class service and specialist products available as a payment route option marks an exciting step forward and we look forward to the many benefits it will bring to our community.”
