Spring Finance has announced nine promotions across its lending and servicing teams.
In its mortgages team, Will Merry, Binay Pun and Holly Stewart have been promoted to team leader, senior underwriter and senior assistant underwriter respectively.
The bridging team has seen the promotion of Wayne Fitzpatrick to credit manager, Ginny Warby to senior BDM and both Tiana Semple and Georgia O'Donnell to underwriter. The bridging division, which launched in 2022, is preparing for further growth with four additional team members currently being recruited.
In servicing, Chris Chew has been promoted to director of recoveries whilst Tania Smith has been promoted to team leader and will now be responsible for the day-to-day running of Spring’s portfolio account managers.
All three divisions are currently recruiting and in 2025 the company is expecting to increase its headcount by in excess of 50%.
