Stephen Hogg joins Enra Group as chief operating officer from Metro Bank where he held a variety of roles, including commercial director and operations director.
Whilst at Metro, Stephen was responsible for building Metro’s mortgage lending platform, taking total balance sheet lending from £63m in 2013 to over £5bn. Stephen also built Metro’s asset purchase team, acquiring over £2.2bn in loan assets since 2015.
Stephen also spent seven years at Oakwood Global Finance, which funded the creation Pepper Homeloans, where led the design of Pepper’s UK loan servicing systems.
Additionally, Phill Tyson joins West One Loans as inderwriting risk manager from Shawbrook, where he was head of credit for residential mortgages.
Michael Grant has also been promoted to West One's head of sales for bridging and development finance and Chris Harrison has been promoted to underwriting team manager.
