"High-net-worth scenarios require an intrinsic set of skills from advisers, as the requirements span a range of areas to do with property and are much more complex than the standard."
- Makayla Everitt, head of SimplyBiz Mortgages

SimplyBiz Mortgages has announced the launch of a high-net-worth (HNW) panel, enabling advisers to access information on lenders’ HNW criteria, the type of lending supported, proposition highlights, and more.

The SimplyBiz Mortgages helpdesk team has also undertaken in-depth training around high-net-worth client scenarios, products, and applications to better support advisers operating in this space.

Makayla Everitt, head of SimplyBiz Mortgages, commented: “High-net-worth scenarios require an intrinsic set of skills from advisers, as the requirements span a range of areas to do with property and are much more complex than the standard.

“In addition to the new HNW panel, we’ve also enhanced the skill set of our helpdesk staff, empowering them to handle more technical questions. Led by our senior mortgage helpdesk consultant, Ryan Brown, the helpdesk can now provide both pre and post application support for these types of cases.

“The HNW proposition also provides access to selected GI insurance partners which specialise in the provision of this highly defined insurance type, covering larger property types, complex ownership, and lifestyle related requirements. It’s underpinned by exclusive access to surveying services providing specialist structural surveys, meaning we are providing practical guidance across all areas to support clients in achieving good outcomes for high-net-worth clients.”
