The full seminar line-up has been announced for the National Buy-to-Let Adviser Event, a new one-day event designed specifically for advisers working with landlords and professional property investors.

From Made Events, the team behind the popular Mortgage Adviser Event, this new event will bring a range of dedicated buy-to-let lenders, landlord services and tax advisers together to share their insights and provide advisers with a holistic learning experience to galvanise providers and advisers alike going into the new year.

The event features a full exhibitor line-up featuring mainstream lenders such as HSBC UK alongside specialist lenders including Fleet Mortgages, Keystone Property Finance, and OneSavings Bank.

The first seminar, titled "Tired of BTL doom & gloom? Reasons to be optimistic about buy-to-let and opportunities for advisers" will be chaired by Rachel Geddes from Mortgage Advice Bureau and features Steve Cox from Fleet, David Whittaker from Keystone Property Finance, and OSB's Adrian Moloney.

The second session takes a look at how mainstream lenders are evolving to keep up with the buy-to-let market, with speakers from HSBC, Nationwide, Barclays, L&C and Virgin Money.

This is followed by an 'uncomplicated look at specialist buy-to-let - from HMO to MUFB - with spokespeople from MFS, Landbay, Aldermore, HTB and Paragon.

The event will conclude with a broker ‘head to head’, discussing buy-to-let from an adviser’s perspective, with Roger Morris from Chetwood, Simon Hendy from L&C, Rachel Geddes, Lucy Waters from Aria Finance, and Michael Craig from Brilliant Solutions.

The event is being held at Burton-on-Trent on 24th October and includes complimentary parking and lunch for attendees, making it easier for advisers to access educational and networking opportunities.
