"We want to reach as many brokers as possible, and we’re confident that Brickflow can help us achieve that this year."
- David Travers, CEO of ScotLend

Scottish bridging lender, ScotLend, has announced a strategic partnership with property finance marketplace, Brickflow.

The collaboration aims to expand ScotLend’s reach to brokers across the UK.

Launched in September 2024, ScotLend offers bridging loans from £30,000 to £2,000,000 against residential, commercial and semi-commercial assets up to 75% LTV.

The firm now wants to expand its lending footprint across England and Wales.

As part of ScotLend's proposition, it pledges to review every enquiry within the hour by two team members who will later conduct a full credit review and the lender strives to provide DIPs within an hour.

It commits to a AVM-only model for cases up to 70% LTV, helping borrowers to move even faster and valuations are conducted on the same day the application is received.

David Travers, CEO of ScotLend, commented: “We’ve seen the growth of Brickflow and noticed an increasing number of introducers advocating for the platform. This year we have ambitious targets and so, we consider Brickflow a natural strategic partner. We are quick, nimble and experienced and we want to deliver an outstanding experience for all of our brokers and their borrowers. We look forward to working with Brickflow and seeing ScotLend grow. We want to reach as many brokers as possible, and we’re confident that Brickflow can help us achieve that this year.”
