Penrith BS removes mortgage application fees

The Society is removing application fees until the end of March.

Penrith Building Society has removed its mortgage application fee for all residential and buy-to-let mortgages, including further advances.

From today up until 31st March 2024, all application fees for new and existing borrowers will be removed for any mortgage application submitted between these dates. All other fees will remain.

Tim Vigeon (pictured) joined the Society in November 2023. Prior to that, he was head of lending at Buckinghamshire Building Society before becoming associate business development manager at Darlington Intermediaries.
