Paradigm has announced the launch of new client-facing newsletters to aid advisers’ customer engagement.

Designed exclusively for Paradigm member firms, the service will provide them with quarterly newsletters to issue to clients, keeping them informed of the latest news within the mortgage and housing markets, plus other non-finance related content to aid customer interaction.

Available to Paradigm members each January, April, July and October, firms can choose from two specific options:

• Premium – a high-end newsletter in pdf, branded with the firm’s logo, company name and details. It will include a short introduction to be supplied by the firm, alongside a headshot, plus all the content.

• Simple – a non-branded newsletter available in word allowing the firm to integrate it into their own e-mail, or a plain non-editable pdf.

Firms can distribute their quarterly newsletters to their existing, and potential, client database, ensuring they stay in communication, outlining specific areas, services and products that may be of interest, and ensuring the firm is kept front of mind for customers.

Paradigm currently has an introductory offer available to those signing up for the newsletter, with the first one available at the end of April. To access this, member firms should contact Aimee Carnwath on 03300 536061 (option 8), or e-mail aimee@paradigm.co.uk.

Christine Newell, mortgages technical director at Paradigm, commented: “Firms are well aware of their ongoing customer contact and communication responsibilities, particularly as a result of Consumer Duty and therefore we wanted to provide them with a service that meets these needs, and can ensure ongoing engagement to deliver repeat business. These quarterly newsletters will be designed to deliver just that, ensuring the firm is always front of mind for both existing clients looking for new products and services, and to show the expertise of the firm for potential new clients. Our first newsletter will be available from the end of the month, and we would urge any interested member firm to contact us to see how we can support them in this important area.”
