OSB Group has made some key changes within its sales teams to strengthen the expertise and support within its bridging and commercial divisions to meet growing demand from brokers.
Alan Kimber, who has worked at OSB Group since 2012, has been promoted to head of bridging for Precise and, along with his dedicated team, will be supporting brokers and their clients with all their short-term lending needs.
Marc Callaghan has also been promoted and is now head of commercial lending, continuing to focus on supporting clients across InterBay with their commercial requirements. With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, Marc and his team will focus on delivering a personalised service within this often complex part of the market.
