New Pension Analysis Platform launched for Financial Advisers
This new software product, called Sapphire is a web based solution, accessed anytime anywhere. It allows firms involved in pension analysis and transfers to track the process from the submission of a client information form, to confirmation of fund values and suitability for transfer.

Sapphire’s first customer, Bob Stark of Portal Financial said:

“We were attracted to the Sapphire system by the ease with which you can manage hierarchical agent structures, and by GMP’s obvious deep understanding of the FSA regulations affecting businesses that offer advice themselves but use non-authorised agents as introducers.

"The system itself is simple to access and use and our experience so far is that the GMP team have pr -empted pretty much every feature we thought would be useful to us when we specced out our requirements prior to researching products.”

Sapphire was developed to plug a gap in the market where Financial Advisers and introducers previously used paper forms and spreadsheets to control the flow of information. The launch of the product will save advisers time and improve communication through what can be a drawn out process. With more and more products becoming ‘SIPP Approved’ for investment, the Sapphire system is ideal to track the setup of the SIPP.

Kevin Maddison (GMP Managing Director), who has worked as a Director within some of the leading financial services companies said:

“Having worked in the industry I know the pain that businesses face. We have developed a solution that can be accessed by everyone who needs access.

The Sapphire solution gives complete control to users. The system has a high-level of automation to ensure that communication to all stakeholders is efficient.”
