Step One Finance has appointed Neil Molyneux as its director of sales.
The company says the Neil's appointment will enhance support for brokers and strategic partners with their real estate financing needs both within the regulated and unregulated secured lending sectors.
Molyneux brings over 25 years of expertise in specialist lending, most recently serving over two years as senior relationship director at Ashman Bank, where he played a key role in building and developing infrastructure for the proposed bank. Prior to that, he spent a decade as head of sales at Masthaven Bank.
With extensive experience across second charge, bridging, and buy-to-let sectors, Molyneux will lead Step One Group’s sales strategy, driving the company’s expansion into new markets and overseeing the diversification of its product offerings
