From tomorrow, NatWest is increasing selected rates across its residential mortgage range by 5bps.
In its core residential range, two-year fixed rates now start from 4.82% at 60% LTV with a £1,495 fee, with 75% LTV rates increasing to 4.97% and 80% LTV rates to 5.12% with a £1,495 fee.
Two-year fixed rates at 85% LTV are increasing to 5.12% with a £1,495 fee, 5.17% with a £995 fee and 5.48% fee-free. 90% LTV rates are rising to 5.46% with a £995 fee and 5.80% fee-free, while a 95% LTV fee-free product is increasing to 6.37%.
Two-year remortgage rates will increase to 5.22% at 60% LTV.
Five-year fixed rates now start from 4.45% at 60% LTV, 4.57% at 75% LTV, and 4.68% at 80% LTV. At 85% LTV, five-year fixes have risen to 4.68% with a £1,495 fee, 4.73% with a £995 fee, and 4.96% fee-free. 90% LTV rates have increased to 5.04% with a £999 fee and 5.17% fee-free.
Five-year fixed rate remortgage products have also increased by 5bps to 4.67%.
Two and five-year fixed rate shared equity products at 60% LTV and 75% LTV have also increased by 0.05%, alongside selected green mortgage products between 60-85% LTV.
