The lender says the community will provide a forum for brokers to communicate and stay connected with each other, engage in live debates and discuss and share views on mortgage rates, criteria and service levels as well as attend regional events in-person.
Stuart Cheetham, CEO of MPowered Mortgages says:
“We are delighted to be the first lender to launch a broker community of this kind that will allow for free-flowing information exchange between brokers. As a broker-only lender, we are focused on using the cutting edge of AI and technology to find ways of supporting brokers and addressing the challenges that brokers in our industry face today. We believe this new tool will go some way to help brokers get answers quickly through knowledge sharing and staying on top of the latest developments in the industry."
Liyyanah El-aidouni, transformation lead at MPowered Mortgages who supported in the development of the online community adds:
“When we had the idea to develop this community we initially envisaged it being a bit like Reddit but for brokers exclusively. A way for brokers to share their views and a place for mortgage brokers to learn and share through browsing discussions. You can even use icons to like or love comments which makes it even more engaging for users. Why not sign up now and experience it for yourself.”
