Launched late last year using AI and chatbot technology, Mojo aims to provide rates and prices for mortgage and protection products in under a minute.

Mojo has reported that its 46-strong team now helps more than 20,000 people find a mortgage each month.

Out of beta, the platform has now added new features such as enabling borrowers to upload proof of ID to support their mortgage application direct from their mobile phone, rather than having to scan or post documents.

Countrywide originally planned to use the brand name Mojo Mortgages as it launched its online brokerage service, however it eventually revealed the 'Dynamo' brand in April this year.

CEO and co-founder, Richard Hayes, said: “We liked the name Nuvo, but it never quite felt right for us. Mojo Mortgages is a better reflection of our confidence and the way we want our customers to feel when we help them find and apply for a great mortgage deal.”
