One Mortgage System (OMS) has appointed Melanie Spencer as its business partnership and growth director.
The OMS platform provides a connected client and broker journey from initial lead through to completion with multiple integrations for both lenders and specialist third parties, and recently launched into the lender originations space.
The appointment of Melanie will further enhance the lender origination operation as well as help to break into new markets.
As a director of the business, Melanie will promote the OMS platform whilst facilitating new lender onboarding, lender integrations and third party collaborations.
Melanie has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, having played a leading role in both lending and intermediary firms. She joins OMS from finova where she was group business development director and head of MCI Mortgage Club, which later rebranded to finova Payment and Mortgage Services.
Prior to finova, Melanie was head of lender relations at Twenty7tec and held a number of roles at Personal Touch Financial Services spanning a 10-year period.
