Market Harborough Building Society (MHBS) has hired Richard Saunders as its new head of sales.
Richard will be responsible for the Society’s sales and proposition team. He joins from Paragon Banking Group where he was regional sales manager before being promoted to commercial manager.
In all, he has 17 years’ experience in the mortgage industry and has worked for lenders and as a broker in roles at Nationwide Building Society, John Charcol and Barclays Wealth and Investment Management.
MHBS provides mortgage and remortgage solutions for complex cases and offers a range of products for expats, HNW individuals, buy-to-let and holiday let investors and those in need of bridging finance.
Richard said: “I am thrilled to be joining MHBS at an extremely exciting time to drive the business forward. I’m fully committed to making it even easier for intermediaries to work with us and want MHBS to be the lender of choice for more brokers.
