"I will lead the drive to ensuring that customers get the right products at the right time of their lives – whether they are 53 or 103."
- Les Pick

LiveMore has appointed Les Pick as its new director of intermediary sales.

Les will be responsible for supporting mortgage brokers and financial advisers in an increasingly complex market. He will also work with LiveMore’s strategic partners to drive up distribution volumes through education, strong relationships and hands-on support.

Les has more than 25 years of experience working with some of the biggest names in later life lending, starting as a financial adviser for Aviva in 1998. He set up and ran an IFA practice in Dorset before exiting to concentrate on his later life lending career. Since then, Les has held senior sales roles at LV=, Canada Life and more2life.

Les said: “People who know me, know that my passion lies in delivering fantastic consumer outcomes, innovating and disrupting the industry. This is exactly what LiveMore does. I will make sure that the status quo is challenged. I will lead the drive to ensuring that customers get the right products at the right time of their lives – whether they are 53 or 103.

“I know I have my work cut out. The hard-hitting 2023 FCA report on later life lending demonstrated a gap that needs filling with education and better support for financial advisers and mortgage brokers. I will be working hard to help fill that gap.”
