It said there had been 'certain expressions of interest' in the business but clarified that there was 'no certainty a sale will take place' - although it has appointed Fenchurch Advisory to conduct the process.
The statement continued:
"A further announcement will be made, if and when appropriate. In the mean time, we continue to service Kensington clients as usual."
