Hampshire Trust Bank has appointed Gavin Davies as a senior portfolio manager in its development finance division.
Gavin brings over 12 years’ experience in the property finance sector to the role and joins from Aldermore Bank, where he worked for over eight years. He held the position of senior client relationship manager in the property development team.
Prior to this role, he was a business manager for Barclays Business.
In his new role, Gavin will support John Archbold, Hampshire Trust Bank’s head of portfolio management, in the formation of the bank’s dedicated portfolio management team, which will be responsible for actively managing the live property development loan book.
