Halifax has launched a new first-time buyer product range, offering £500 cashback on standard mortgages and £1,000 cashback on its green home product range.
On its standard product range with a £999 fee, two-year fixed rates start from 4.60% at 60% LTV, 4.65% at 75% LTV, 4.93% at 80% and 85% LTV, 5.42% at 90% LTV and 5.47% at 95% LTV.
Five-year fixed rates with £500 cashback start from 4.31% at 60% LTV, 4.36% at 75% LTV, 4.51% at 80% and 85% LTV, 4.88% at 90% LTV and 5.10% at 95% LTV.
Two 10-year fixed rates have also launched at 4.93%, available at 60% and 75% LTV.
Halifax's green first-time buyer products offer the same rates as the core range, also come with a £999 fee and offer £1,000 cashback.
