Gatehouse Bank adopts OMS's CRM solution

The CRM system allows Gatehouse to manage direct business through from enquiry to completion.

Shariah-compliant bank, Gatehouse Bank, has appointed One Mortgage System (OMS) as its CRM provider to manage all direct business and support the complete financing lifecycle.

The partnership has developed following a pilot and the integration of bespoke features, allowing Gatehouse Bank to manage direct business all the way through from enquiry to completion for UK residents, UK expats and international residents.
