Cynergy Bank has appointed Gary Clark to lead its bridging team.
Gary joins Cynergy after 11 years at LendInvest, where he played a key role in securing short-term loans and managing intermediary relationships. His career also includes leadership roles at Montello Bridging Finance, as well as positions at NatWest and Citibank.
As a relationship director at Cynergy Bank, Gary will be integral to strengthening client relationships, whilst originating short-term lending deals and structuring financing solutions for mid-market borrowers.
He will work closely with brokers, developers, and investors to provide tailored bridging loans while ensuring risk management protocols are fulfilled and managing portfolio growth.
