The Mortgage Lender appoints Peter Beaumont as Deputy CEO

Beaumont’s housing and financial market experience spans more than 32 years’ including board positions at UK residential property fund Hearthstone, the GSP Group, RPS Capital Partners, Mortgages plc and Merrill Lynch.

His appointment comes as The Mortgage Lender steps up its growth plans with plans to launch a buy-to-let proposition and securitisation of its first tranche of loans in the near future.

The Mortgage Lender's chief executive, Trevor Pothecary, said: “We are delighted Peter is joining us at a crucial point in our evolution.
