The module launched to coincide with yesterday's World Mental Health Day and will offer support on a range of wellbeing issues including stress, anxiety and depression.
The tool will also feature practical guidance on factors which may affect mental wellbeing, such as nutrition, sleep, exercise and mindfulnes
It will be available as an optional, complimentary add-on to the 450+ employer firms that currently use Zest and the 300,000 employees who have access to the system through those employers.
The Group has also launched its own Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme, available to the 500+ staff it employs, which will include access to the new module.
