Family Building Society has announced that its illustration request process has been fully automated, meaning intermediaries can request an illustration 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The following illustrations can now be provided automatically:
• Residential and buy-to-let illustrations for new cases,
• Single-part illustrations,
• Single-product illustrations,
• Part-and-part illustrations,
• Multi-product illustrations.
