eConveyancer+ launches with new service standards and rating feature 

The standards include a commitment from conveyancers to give updates to the homeowner every five working days.

Smoove has launched eConveyancer+, a new service experience featuring new standards and a rating feature that measures the communication and efficiency of the conveyancing process. 

The product is a new set of service standards developed in partnership with brokers and conveyancers to help establish a more transparent and seamless transaction process. The standards include a commitment from conveyancers to give updates to the homeowner every five working days. Under the standards, enquiries submitted through the eConveyancer platform will also be responded to within 24 hours in order to improve query response times and deliver regular updates for brokers with clear milestone tracking. Having secured buy-in from conveyancers, the system also scores them on their communications in real-time, tracking their performance against these new standards to best help brokers decide how to allocate cases through the platform. 

The enhanced service proposition is available as an additional service to those already using the eConveyancer platform and has already delivered improved efficiencies across the board. Smoove says the scoring system is helping brokers identify the right conveyancing partner for their specific needs while conveyancers are also benefitting from a 23% reduction in queries.  

The launch of eConveyancer+ follows the acquisition of Smoove by PEXA at the end of 2023.
