Mortgage club and specialist mortgage packager, Brilliant Solutions, has announced a significant expansion in its leadership team including two new directorship positions. The business has also expanded its senior management team.
Sally Miles, who has been a key member of staff within the business for over 20 years, is promoted to director of lending.
Michael Craig has been promoted to managing director of Brilliant Solutions where he will take on additional responsibilities within the business following a number of years as sales director.
Matthew Arena will be responsible for the Brilliant Group as a whole, including iZone Software, Brilliant Loans and Brilliant Money.
Mel Voss will continue to lead the Group’s software strategy and proposition.
In addition to the above, the company’s management team has seen significant changes. Rebecca King and Nicky De-Freitas Viera have been promoted to head of secured loans and head of packaged lending respectively after many years with the company in management roles. In addition, Lee Parkin becomes the head of performance across the Brilliant Group as the company rolls out its latest strategy implementation plan.
