Atom reduces prime rates by up to 0.25%

90% LTV rates now start from 4.74%.

Atom Bank has announced further reductions of up to 0.25% across its prime mortgage rates.

The digital bank has cut the cost of its higher LTV products, with 80%, 85%, 90% and 95% LTV three-year fixed rate mortgages reduced by up to 0.25%, now starting from 4.89%.

Atom has also reduced its two-year fixed rates at 90% and 95% LTV by up to 0.20% (rates starting from 5.19%) and all five-year fixed rates have been cut by up to 0.15%, with rates now starting from 4.54%.

All these products come with a free valuation and remortgage products feature fee-assisted legals.
