Later life sourcing platform, Advise Wise, has added new features on Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings and which products offer a free EPC evaluations.
Key features of the platform's latest update include the introduction of an EPC Scoring System. Advise Wise has refined its algorithm to provide advisers with the ability to input an EPC rating in the property optional underwriting information before the sourcing session to see enhanced green products for customers in the search results.
The platform is also showing products that offer a limited-time free EPC evaluation.
