"He will develop our later life offering, streamline our processes and further embed our deep-seated culture of holistic advice across the group."

Access Financial Services has appointed Adrian Brewer to the new role of head of later life.
Brewer is a former branch manager at Mortgage Advice Bureau Later Life and has around 30 years of experience in financial lending including 20 years at Beech Finance.
Access FS says Brewer’s appointment recognises the growing market for borrowers aged 55 plus and will enable it to grow a new later life component of its mortgage and protection business.
Three key priorities for Brewer are to expand the firm’s later life proposition, to develop awareness among advisers of the benefits of later life lending, and to drive new business opportunities in the later life market.
Brewer’s appointment follows the recent appointment of Nick Jones to the newly created role of mortgage sales and marketing director.
Brewer said: “It’s great to be back in the intermediary marketplace and heading up the new later life business at Access FS. I am passionate about later life lending and looking forward to sharing my knowledge and experience with the talented Access FS advisers. Adviser education is a large part of my role.”
Karl Wilkinson, founder and CEO of Access FS, said: “Adrian is a great asset to the business. He will develop our later life offering, streamline our processes and further embed our deep-seated culture of holistic advice across the group.”
