The Bank has also updated its mortgage range, with more products now available and changes to rates by up to 0.25%.
TSB has launched new ten-year fixed rate products with 10 year early repayment charges from 2.54% up to 60% LTV with a £995 fee.
Other ten-year fixed rate products with five-year ERCs have seen rate increases of 20bps.
Two and five-year fixed rates for home buyers have seen rate increases of 20bps, while higher-LTV rates above 85% LTV have seen reductions of up to 0.15%.
TSB has also launched a new range of shared ownership & shared equity products available up to 90% LTV for home buyers and 85% LTV for remortgage.
Two-year fixed rates are available from 1.69% for purchase and 1.84% for remortage.
