Key Retirement Group sold for £208m

Phoenix Equity Partners has announced that it has agreed the sale of Key Retirement Group to global private markets investment manager Partners Group for £208 million.

Completion of the transaction remains subject to regulatory clearance.  

Simon Thompson, Deputy CEO of KRG, said:
